1. Design & Planning

To ensure we meet your specific needs, we first need to take time to fully understand what you require. This is why a home visit at the very beginning is important. It gives us the opportunity to cover all the products available, and ensures that you understand the work that will be undertaken during the installation.

Following our initial site visit, we shall be able to provide a verbal estimation based on what was discussed. If you wish to proceed and receive a full set of drawings and a fully itemised quote, then a deposit of £150.00 (refundable against your order) will be required.

Once happy with the design, you will be visited in your home by our Project Manager to discuss your requirements in more detail. Retake all necessary measurements and ensure that you are happy with the design and the products you have chosen. Following the survey you shall be given a final quotation based on the visit.
